ARIES (March 21 – April 19)
You are looking for new ways to bring your talents into the world, either through your job, an important relationship, or through your family. You are searching for greater authenticity in your daily life. This may mean that you will say things you previously have kept private, or you may do what you really want to do, rather than what you have been doing to accommodate others. You are learning about what is truly important to your life and you are ready to dispose of those things that are extravagant or extraneous. This is a better time to give possessions away than to acquire new ones. You also are in a good position to help others, and are prepared to give from your heart. All you need is a willing recipient!

TAURUS (April 20 – May 20)
Certain rhythms and routines that have always worked for you no longer feel appropriate. It is time to use your creativity to re-sculpt your daily routines as well as the overall structure of your life. Your role in the world is about to change. The change is neither good nor bad, simply an opportunity to grow into the strong and resilient person you were meant to be. As the world changes, so too must each individual who comprises the whole. Your small corner of the world is undergoing some renovations to reflect the person you are becoming. As you make your little changes, other people will make commensurate changes to accommodate you so that you will always have people with whom to share your continuing journey. Like the rock that is worn down by the oceanic tide, any rough spots in your life are being made smooth by the pressure of small changes. You will see that anything you think you are losing will come back to you in a far more valuable way.

GEMINI (May 21 – June 21)
You like to circulate around your local community as a way of becoming energized and feeling secure about your place in your environment. Circumstances have arranged themselves in recent months to confine you to one location more than you are accustomed. Rather than resist the limitations on your freedom, learn about how to find freedom within more confined spaces. You will find pleasure in details you previously had not noticed. You also will learn more about what is going on in your inner world when you withdraw your focus from the outer world. You will be pleased by the love and devotion that you discover within yourself. You have a warm heart that is open to the many people with whom you daily come in contact. By staying still, you will be able to focus your warmth and compassion on one person – yourself!

CANCER (June 22 – July 22)
You are meeting many new people who are challenging your old way of doing things. You do not like change, but it is unavoidable during this dynamic period in human history. Many new and interesting people are entering your life while many familiar people are exiting. Everything that is happening is for your highest good. Accept all unexpected changes with gratitude for the lessons they can teach you. Once you graciously accept the changes that are coming to you, your life will return to the stability and routine that makes you feel so comfortable. It is important to let go of what is old and worn-out so you can welcome in new situations that are more appropriate to the person you are becoming. The change that is coming to you is not random. It has the purpose of taking away restrictions so you will be able to grow.

LEO (July 23 – August 22)
This is a good time to take care of outstanding health issues that may be preventing you from fully expressing the considerable power and energy within you. Leo is a sign ruled by the sun, and like the sun, you do not do well when obscured by clouds. Eliminate anything that may be impeding good health, especially having to do with the health of your heart. Also address your financial health. Eliminate anything that may be impairing good budgetary health, such as over-spending, or high interest rates on debt. You can be willful as a lion at times, or tame as a pussycat (gatito) at other times. This is the time to find the middle ground between extreme willfullness and utter surrender. Practice compromise.

VIRGO (August 23 – September 22)
This is a good time  to lay down the foundations for new patterns and structures. Take one habit at a time and make necessary adjustments so that your life will  run more smoothly. You are expert at breaking large problems into small parts. If you can fix each of the small problems within any larger conundrum  you may face, you will feel a sense of satisfaction when you put the small pieces back together to work toward a larger goal. You do best when you confront life one step at a time. You have very high ideals. Each step in a positive direction will lead you to your goal of purifying your life so you may live in harmony with your highest aspirations.

LIBRA (September 23 – October 23)
You are entering a karmic period in which rewards for past efforts will come to you. Try to live your life intentionally rather than in reaction to the actions and desires of other people. This means that you must step back and think strategically about what you would like to create in your life, how you would like to create it, and with whom you would like to do this. You are strongly influenced by the people around you. It is healthy for you to step back periodically and re-capture your personal center so you can set intentions that are in harmony with the desires of your soul. If your soul’s desire is to accommodate others, then you can re-commit yourself to that path. If your soul has an alternate, creative path it would like you to explore, this is the time to make necessary adjustments.

SCORPIO (October 24 – November 21)
You have a sense that there is something important you are supposed to do, but you are not quite sure what direction to pursue. Take some time to experiment by following  premonitions you feel. You are hearing the call of your soul to greater solitude and self-reflection on your path to self-actualization, the process of living your truth from the energetic center of your being. Your higher self is sending you clear instructions through your intuition. Tune in to the subtle messages coming during periods of day-dreaming or dreaming at night. You are being guided to engage in a new endeavor or activity that will make you feel more happy and alive. It is important that you take steps as an independent individual, rather than be dependent upon others, to engage in this new activity. This new endeavor will help you re-establish your sense of self-confidence and inner direction.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 21)
You are thinking about which rules are important to follow and those which are permissible to break. The boundary between right and wrong is becoming less clear to you. You are beginning to understand that your life is resonating to a higher set of principles than you had previously been following, therefore, the old rules will seem irrelevant. For example, if your priority had been oriented toward financial success, you may find that a life oriented toward love and generosity is more gratifying to you. Or, if your life had been oriented toward accommodating others, you may learn that fighting for social justice is a worthwhile cause for you to pursue. You are learning that there are a multitude of productive ways in which you can contribute your energy to your local environment and to the world at large. Think about your role in your environment and re-define your relationship to this environment.  The world will quickly respond in positive ways to your new concept of yourself.

CAPRICORN (December 22 – January 19)
You are thinking more than usual about ethics, morals, and principles. A two-year period is beginning in your life in which you will re-define your life philosophy – you will re-think the purpose of your life, the meaning of your daily activities, and your core, or basic, values. When you have completed your soul-searching, you will conclude that the most important value you can espouse is to  live your life dedicated to integrity. If there are any areas of your life in which you have not been completely honest with yourself or others, this is the time to rectify past actions or statements. If you have any outstanding obligations, this is the time to repay your debts to the best of your ability. Conversely, if others are indebted to you, this is a good time to put forth a gentle reminder that the world works best when it is in balance. By implementing higher standards of conduct in your daily affairs, you will come to see that your life is serving a higher purpose. You will receive many karmic rewards for your efforts.

AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 18)
Deep forces within you are guiding you to explore aspects of yourself you never suspected existed. You may even reverse a previously-held belief. Consider the opposite of what you have believed in the past. By doing so, you will learn to accept yourself, others, and the human family with greater equanimity. As open-minded as you always are, you are learning that there are still boundaries in your thinking that you can break through. This is an exciting process of discovery. When you are not sure where all of the changes in your life are leading, sit quietly in contemplation, prayer or meditation, and envision a highway of golden light stretching out before you. See yourself traveling along this golden stretch of light. Follow the light as far as your imagination will allow, and when you have reached the limit, see where the path has taken you. This is an image of your future unfolding before you.

PISCES (February 19 – March 20)
You are trying to understand more deeply the heart and soul of a close friend even though this person has kept you at arm’s length. Keep some distance from this person to show that you respect his or her need for space and boundaries. In the temporary separation, you will gain access to greater inner strength and stability, powerful resources within yourself that you did not know you possessed. By allowing a relationship to proceed for a period of time on a superficial level,  each individual will have an opportunity to gather greater energy to delve deeper within him- or herself. Later, each individual will have greater fortitude for deepening the relationship. Sometimes a respite from outer relationships precedes your greatest growth.  Unexpected insights and philosophical discoveries await you!
